We are a concrete company established in 1989 with the goal of providing the finest concrete and related products and services.  Cherokee has completed numerous types of concrete tasks in the over twenty years of working to achieve our clients constructive goals. These varied projects have made us very diversified and knowledgeable in dealing with concrete. Cherokee Development Inc.(CDI) has completed the following types of projects.  ICF foundations and complete ICF structures that are some of the most advanced, highly efficient, energy saving buildings available today. We also produce the finest Slabs an grade, slabs on deck, colored floors, commercial site concrete projects, concrete grinding, epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, dyes and stains, concrete densifing along with concrete pumping.  Commercial swimming pools, fiberglass pools, shotcrete pools, stamped concrete projects are some of the varied projects we have completed with great success over the more than twenty years we have been in business.

We are certified installers for L&M products and Prosoco products. Both of these companies are concrete chemical/polishing producers of densifiers and dyes. CDI is a distributor for Integra Spec insulated concrete forms with the certifications. We have 4 ACI concrete flatwork technicians and are certified to install pervious pavement.

Our equipment includes the following, New Holland backhoe, and skid steer, Cat excavated, John Deere skid steer, Curb Appeal curb machine, Somero copper head laser screed, Allen riding machines, Wacker riding machine. Soft cut saws, Putzmiester concrete line pump, Concord 36 meter boom pump, Kenworth tri axle dump truck, F-750 single axle dump truck, Sub-Surfaces Technoges concrete polishing equipment and several other concrete intermediate tools.
